Community Service participates in "A Day of Simple Giving"

Join the members of the WCA as they participate again this year in the Grassroots Givers - A Day of Simple Giving. From 10am - 1pm, we will assist with community service projects and  organize collections for the Grassroots Givers to distribute to those in need in our community. All are welcome. 

You can help in two ways.  First, donate one of the following items:

Men’s tube socks (black or white)

1-pound bags of red kidney beans or split peas

Bring your donations to the WCA no later thanMember Mon, Oct. 23.

Second, join other volunteers from throughout the community to package donated items on Saturday, Nov. 4, at St. Sophia’s Church on Whitehall Road in Albany from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.  To volunteer, please contact Sue Finn.
