Come experience the amazing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and pyramids in  this unique all level yoga class. Asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing), meditation and Native American flute will be incorporated in such a way that you'll leave feeling  relaxed, rejuvenated, and at peace!
