Our WCA home city is famous for architecture, notable residents and political intrigue!  First inhabited by Algonquian tribes and later by Dutch traders in the 1600 ’s , Albany has evolved into the vibrant capital of the state. It’s been home to the Philip Schuyler family, FDR and Legs Diamond.

Maeve McEneny, Education and Heritage Coordinator at the Albany Visitors Center will lead our informative tour of historical downtown.   Maeve has a deep knowledge of Albany’s history and presents with wit and professionalism.
