Together we Rise (formerly Dining for Women)

If it's August, it's time for the annual outdoor gathering (weather permitting) of Together Women Rise (previously known as Dining for Women.) This is a potluck dinner with a small educational component. Money that ordinarily would be spent on dining out instead is donated to a designated project each month. 

Enjoy a delicious meal and learn about DREAM's Única project in the Dominican Republic. Using a mobile app, the project aims to develop girls’ and women’s skills in leadership, critical thinking, problem solving, and communication. It also strives to improve knowledge about sexual and reproductive health.
