Good Books for Good Works

The Woman’s Club of Albany is very grateful to be working with the Book House of Stuyvesant Plaza again for our “Good Books for Good Works” program which raises funds for school libraries.  The event will take place Wednesday, November 17th, from 4 to 6 pm at the Book House. 

A percentage of sales that evening will be donated to a school library in Albany County (Abram Lansing Elementary School Library in Cohoes.)

Book House staff will whet your appetite for the shopping spree with their presentations on favorites for reading--and for giving. It’s always a fun evening that supports the WCA literacy initiatives.
