Together Women Rise

Thursday, Nov. 11 -- 6:30 p.m.

This month's grant recipient is SuMa Women’s Literacy: Educating and Empowering for Change in Nepal. It teaches women in the Sunsar Maya community cconversational and written English, Nepali, mathematics, and life skills needed to help them escape from poverty.

This event is a potluck supper with a small educational component. Money that would be spent on dining out is donated instead.
