Understanding Alzheimer’s and Dementia
Wednesday, Feb. 8 -- 6 to 7 p.m.
Ginger McGehee, program manager for the Alzheimer's Association of Northeastern New York, will give a presentation on Understanding Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia.
This program covers the difference between normal aging and dementia, the difference between Alzheimer’s and other forms of age-related dementia, warning signs and risk factors, as well as services available through the Alzheimer’s Association.
This event is free and open to the public. It will be held at the Woman’s Club of Albany, but in the event of snow, it will take place by Zoom.
