Holiday Tea Committee Meeting 

Volunteers are needed to help with this major fundraiser.

  • planning decisions
  • preparation behind the scenes prior to the tea such as a seating chart
  • donations of raffle baskets -- an important part of this fundraiser
  • setup on Friday, Dec. 6 from 1 to 3 p.m.
  • serving guests and cleaning up at the tea on Saturday, Dec. 7
