The actions and deeds of male patriots during the American Revolution are widely known. But what about women?

University at Albany Professor Maeve Kane will discuss how local white, Black, and Indigenous women played important roles as spies, diplomats, merchants and community leaders in the pivotal years before, during and after the American Revolution.

The event is free and open to the public.
